http://goo.gl/h2Evv)1) Vltava river keep slowly decreasing but weather forecast does not really look perfect.
2) Instant change of the river level may still occur - ground is no longer able to absorbs rains, so STAY TUNED but also keep calm.
3) On Thursday morning A metro line fully re-open but Malostranská and Staroměstská stops are closed. B metro line fully re-open but Florenc, Křižíkova, Invalidovna and Palmovka stops are closed. C metro line operates only between Háje – Hlavní nádraží and Kobylisy – Letňany stops.

http://goo.gl/3CcAz5) Again, tapped water in Prague was and is fine (however 31 thousands of people across the country lost source of clean water).
6) Prague representatives reports absolutely INCREDIBLE and amazing HELP and support from volunteers and citizens last few days. Emergency service was top notch.
7) 66 power-stations still down - they are working hard to make all of them up and serving energy again.
People donated to Prague ZOO over 800 thousands crowns so far.
9) There is a petition at
http://www.peticezoo.cz/ with aim to force representatives to include ZOO in river defense.
Tourist FAQ
1) No Hotel close to Vltava river waterfront had to interrupt service.
2) Vaclav Havel Airport Prague fully operates (is very faaar from the river).
3) Large part of Old town is fine (remember there are many hills in Prague - it is not a flat city which makes it lovely).
4) All banks are open.
